how come i can hear my car run through the radio

Default how come i can hear my car run through the radio

when i turn down the radio i can hear like an electronic whine noise and if i rev it up a little the sound goes up to. kinda annoying... 5channel amp+sub+speakers

Did you run the rca's and power wire on the same side??? That's the most common cause....

ill tell you this when i turn the gain down for the rear speakers it goes away but i have to turn it all the way down . the front wine too i think i just was in the back so i did the rears

Make sure the ground for your amp is good, that is the most common problem. Next make sure that your rca's are of good quality and are at least 18" from the power cable through the car. Lastly, make sure that the battery connections are clean and not corroded. Also make sure the ground from the battery to the chassis is good as well as the grounds from the motor to the chassis.

99% that it's a ground in the system....give us more info on them (head, amp and any processors in between).

all monster cable. the rca cables are by the speaker wire for the interior speakers

I wanted to know what size wires and where are they grounded to? Did you remove all of the paint before you grounded (down to bare metal) How did you ground the headunit, etc....
