Default Clifford alarm problem

I've had a Clifford Concept 200 alarm in my Integra hatch for over 2 years now and it worked fine. But lately it's been acting up. Sometimes it would unlock the doors and sometimes it won't. It still locks the car all the time.

Anyone had this problem before? It's annoying having to use my key to open the door.

Did you try a new battery? If so, your contacts in the key pad may be wearing out. It's happened to me before.

it's possible that your unlock wire on the alarm itself has a bad contact. my doorlocks started trippin' out on me after 3 years...it took that long before one of the contacts came loose.

good luck!!!

More than likely the shop that did it, just used a scotch lock and it probably has a poor connection to the unlock wire.
