Default door locks goin nuts

ill activate the keyless entry and everythings fine except for this constant CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK like its opening/closing/opening/closing etc....it goes away after a minute. pretty annoying. what could it be? btw a month ago my siren died cause it was improperly grounded. any relation? thanks in advance

I'm going to guess that theres something that's grounded out when it shouldn't be. Did your car come with manual locks and then you added power door locks with keyless entry later on? If that's the case maybe the solenoid is going bad? :shrug:

Your alarm wouldn't happen to be a Clifford would it? I've heard of a lot of the Cliffords going berzerk after a while.

sounds like perhaps the sender unit for the alarm is foked?

it could be a weak ground to the brain - every time the ground resistance fluctuates, it activates or deactives the alarm. check under your dash for the brain and make sure it's grounded good.
