Default Scratch Repair

I bought a used head unit, it works fine, it's a Sony Xplod CdX-CA650X 52x4 head unit, it works fine like I said above but it has some minor scratches on it, what is the best method to remove them?

Try a scratch remover... like the one(s) used on your car's exterior. (3M and Meguiars come to mind) If the scratches aren't too deep, try something w/ a milder cut...
