Default shorted out something...

hm..i rigged up the switch to reset my ecu a few weeks ago. I wanted to light up the switch so i grounded the switch where it was supposed to be grounded at. I accidently hit the wire that was part of the ECU circuit.

Now my clock doesnt work, radio doesnt turn on, and that's all i've found right now.

I was wondering if i blew a fuse or something somewhere?
