Default Good battery / Alternator

What are the best that you guys have found i want to have a good battery to be able to run a big system (when i get it ) and the Alternator that can handle it without having to get a cap.

Suggestions?

Check out Optima as far as batteries are concerned.
Check out Ohio Generator to satisfy your alternator needs.

Also check out alterstart alternators for a cheap alt to stinger or ohio generators. www.4alterstart.com
