weird skipping

Recently i have had trouble with my whole system skipping. Its the subs, the cd player... everything. However, when i take the subs out it is fine again. Anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong?

The bass from your subs may be causing your cd player to shake and skip. I had this problem with my changer, but I had my changer mounted on my sub box. What brand cd reciever are you useng?
