Default 2000 Tl

Ok, I just got a 2000 TL and I want to hook it up. The problem I have is that I love how integrated the deck is (ie steering wheel control, cd changer), and it looks like it's meant for the car. I don't want to put a cheesy frame around a new deck..so I'm looking for suggestions on decks etc as well as info on where to pass the power thru the firewall for the amp... Any info appreciated thx!

if you like the deck that much just keep it and use amps to power your mids and highs. As for the firewall i dunno.

From what little I understand, Bose systems don't play well when they're not hooked up with Bose systems. Thats my major concern..plus I don't know how well line level works vs RCA as far as quality. My first priority is cost, then quality, then aesthetics (But they're all important!) Also anyone know what size speakers are in the TL? Crutchfield doesn't seem to..

Try going to Sound Domain and choose what fits there.

I think the factory locations are 6 1/2" components up front and a 6x9 in the rear if memory serves me correctly. However, I have been known to be wrong.
