Default Opinions on JL 10" W0 Subwoofer

I am thinking of buying 2 10" JL W0 Subwoofers in like a weeks time. What are you guys opinions of these subs? I've asked around and I've searched for compotent speakers in my price range and so far the JL W0 seems to be on top. I can get one for around $90 brand new. I like Image Dynamics IDQs but right now they are too pricey and too hard to find. The 2 10" are going to be behind the seats of my 93 Del Sol in a very small enclosure and will be powered by a Pioneer GM-X742 amplifier. All replies are appreciated!!!

Also what's up with that JL 250/1 amplifier?

You aren't going to need two 10s in a Sol. Not if they're in the cabin.

I'd suggest buying one 10W3 instead, and the JL amps are

JL 250/1 + 10W3 in a nice sealed box = mint.

You might want two if you REALLY want bass, but it's just not my style.

Yeah, one would be sufficient in a Del Sol. I agree with ur31337...One 10w3 powered by a 250/1 would sound really good in your car.

for the price of 2 W0, you can get a 10" or even 12" IDQ. The IDQ can be very happy in very small sealed enclosures, great for the delsol.

Im not sure how it would sound in a del sol, but so far my 10" MTX is sounding really nice in my civic. I listened to JL and MTX side by side in the good guys, and the MTX sounded better to me.

Also, one of the employees took me out to his jetta where he had 3 12" MTX's. The bass was so incredible that it was impossible to hear anything around me, and I was OUTSIDE THE CAR.
