I have a 97 Civic Ex which has a factory keyless entry system... from what I've read if you pull out the factory radio you loose the keyless entry and the dome light. The solution seems to be relocating the old radio in the dash and installing your new cd player. Is this true?

I also would like to get a car alarm, but most of these also include keyless entry... so what would happen with the factory keyless entry?
