Anybody every mounted an iPod dock in their car? I have an old iPod dock, and I was thinking I could put it into a cup holder or something, plug it into the aux port on my head, and then wire it into the cars 12v supply using a simple 5v resister, and then my iPod could charge while it played. :rockon:


Anyone have any ideas for location of the dock in a 6th gen Civic? Or has anyone done this before/have pics?


EDIT: I'll post a DIY if I do decide to go through with this idea.
