i'm not sure which would suffice for my subwoofer.

i have a Image Dynamics IDQ 12" V2 4ohms.

I was hoping to get a 300.1 but i don't think it will be enough. Can anybody give me some insight or recommendations?

 

Yeah, I think you should get a 300.1, I'll let you have mine for $100 shipped. I just got a Lanzar OptiDrive 500.2, it's a behemoth of an amp, so I don't need the 300.1 anymore. Hit me up, rkf76@yahoo.com

It depends on what line you get. The Vibe line is garbage, but the OptiDrive line is nice. People who know about Lanzar and don't let the Vibe line of amps affect their opinion of Lanzar products have nothing but good things to say about the OptiDrive amps, they are clean sounding, underrated, and best of all, they are made in the usa. I haven't hooked mine up yet, gonna get to it either tomorrow or sunday. Here are the specs on mine: Lanzar OptiDrive 500.2
-250watts rms into 2 channels at 4ohms
-450watts rms into 2 channels at 2ohms
-900watts rms into 1 channel(bridged) at 4ohms mono

 

aight, sounds good. Just to let you know, there is nothing wrong with it, no damage to amp at all, I have been pleased with its performance, I didn't imagine it could push my 12's as hard as it does, there just comes a time when you want more. Let me know.
