That red carpet would look so much sweeter if it were painted fiberglass. Nice work though. What is the cover for next to the cap?

If I could make a suggestion on the cap, display it behind plexiglass or flush the surface of it in the installation without exposing the terminals to anything that can contact it. Depending if it were a sanctioned autosound competition they could deduct points in at least 2 catagories for that. Just a suggestion.

the carpet was only there to carry the same "theme" from the interior of the car. the interior is black and red leather with red carpet on the floor so i decided to match that.

the cover is just where the spare tire is supposed to go but because he has 18" rims and lowered there is no way to jack it with a flat and even if he changed it there is no room for the flat tire when he takes it off. so i just made a storage compartment out of that space. the cover is remobavle to put stuff in there. also it allows a hole for the bass to come through.

also i know what your saying about the exposed terminals on the cap. i doubt he will ever show it in a full blown stereo show. he is more into showing the car at import shows and the like. i would have done plexiglass but he wanted to have the cap in a place it could be shown off a little more.
