Wiring LEDs
I've been thinking about putting LEDs in my car, and i've done them under the dash already, to illuminate when i open the door. But I am planning on about 20-30 leds throughout the interior of my car, and a few other light up accessories such as a glow shiftknob(i know, but this one looks neato). So I have a few questions about doing this if anyone who is experienced with DC electronic theory could help me out. *#1*- I really want all of these extra light features, including the shiftknob to be turned on and off with ONE switch, where should i wire the switch*?
*#2*- if say I have two LEDS which run 1.9 volts each, both have their appropriate resistors, if i were to wire them in sequence, would the resultiong volts drawn then be 3.8 volts?
Any enlightenment(pun) would be greatly appreciated...especially websites.
Thanks
