how dows it work? do i only adjust the correction for the front left speakers and leave other 3 values at 0 or do i need to adjust it for the FL, FR, and RL but keep the RR value to 0?

i don't knwo what is the correct way to set it, but i just set the FL to 2.5 and FR 0 and leave the rest zero since i don't have any rear speakers except subs. try to play with them, as long as you feel you are in the middle of both left and right speakers, then it's a good setting. btw, i have 7995

 

the correct way is what sounds best to you, I wasn't being a smart*ss when I said that the first time. Everyones ears are different, you have to set it to your liking, not mine.

Than why are you wrong? You adjust your EQ settings to your ear. Time correction is the speed of sound and making sure everything hits your ear at the same time. Do your ears hear things at different times than mine?

You follow the instructions and it walks you through it. You have to measure the distance from your head to each speaker then you put that distance into the equation they give you and that tells you where you need to set the levels at. Don't trust your ear, your ear has nothing to do with how fast sound travels, except from your ear to your brain. lol Whew...

don't you have to measure the distance from the location of the driver's head to each of the cabin speakers...from here, you subtract the 3 closer speakers from the 1 farthest speaker...and then divide each value by the speed of sound to get the appropriate delay for that speaker???
