Default trying to mount my tweeters.. need "cups"

right now i have my alpine tweeters in the door, and i can barely hear them because my leg covers it. i want to mount them outside of the door, like on the door, somewhere so they will be louder. the local shop says i need to get cups or somethin in order to mount them, otherwise it will look like crap. they dont sell alpine so they cant get them, the other stores are just lazy and say they cant get them... so anyways, know of any place where i can get them? they for the spr-135a component set, 1" tweeter i think

do they look like that? if they do, you do not NEED a cup. how are they mounted onto your door right now?

yeh, they do look like those. they are in a cavalier, they are just mounted inside the door next to the 5 1/4". now the ****ty part about the cavalier, is.. among other things.. that the speakers are placed right next to your legs, so the sound is blocked. i want to move the tweeters to the outside of the doors so at least everything isnt blocked. i know i can just put them on the outside, but they wouldnt exactly look too nice..

mines are mounted on the door without any of those "cup" things. they arent needed.

http://www.ownerages.com/tweets.htm

they gave me optional cups that allow the tweets to be mounted in an angle.

im now thinkin about mounting them higher up in the door, to like where yours are, but instead of having them stick out, just cut slits into the paneling so the sound can escape, so they arent visible... like have a little grill covering them
