Default electrical problems

1 when i turn on my highbeams, all the lights on the right side go dim.
2 when i turn on the fog lamps same thing happens.
3 dome light and console lights stopped working.
4 radio won't work or the cigarette lighter.

92 integra ls all this ish started after someone ganked my radio and woofers. can i get some help?

i think the dome light and dash lights is the result of shorted wires in the dash where the radio was, you have a blown fuse or 2.
as for the lights on 1 side? which lights are you talking about exactly?

if i were to guess i would say a bad ground at the headlight. what is happening is the turn signal and high beam are finding a ground through the low beam filiment and returning to ground through it.

sounds complicated i know but look under your car. try removing thoes lights affected. possibly the theives cut some wires under your car. for what reason i dont know unless they figured they could disable the alarm if they thought it was equipped.

best way to find the problem is look visually. then using a meter or test light test the curcuts with the lights on at each light. if you find a ground wire with power on it that would be the bad one.
