Red LEDs when car is off

Hey I am looking to install some red LEDs inside my car and I want them to blink when the car is off. Is there anywhere I can hook them up to do this? The wires coming from it are red,black,blue, and yellow.

I am sure you can. Someone who installs alarms should know since the LED on alarms blink when the car is locked and off.
