Default sub hookup

I want to hook up a sub in my car but this is the first time iv'e ever done it so i need a little bit of guidance. I have an amp, Alpine MRA-F350, in my car that powers my speakers and it only has one RCA for a sub output. I have another amp with the sub i have that i think i should hook up also 'cause it has a bit more power. How do I go about hooking up the two amps? Or would it be better for me to just go with the amp I have already?

Thanks

Grab a power distro-block and run your grounds to the same location via the shortest length possible.

ok, i could do that. But will I be able to control the sub from my head unit this way? I have an EQ in the amp i have now that I can adjust through my headunit, but will I be able to adjust the sub through this hookup? Also, will it make a difference if I ground the sub's amp in a different place?
