Default Help with speakers

I have a 97 civic & want to replace my rear speakers, but can't get the old ones out. Can someone tell me how to get them out, I tried from the trunk but it looks like they come out from the inside. HELP!!!!!!!!

in a sedan, and probably in a coupe, the plastic grill just pops off from the top with a little help from a screwdriver
once that is off you can unscrew the speaker and get it out
it is a tight fit to get the speaker in and out, but its doable and just needs a little patience

in the 99 civics i know that you need to take out the whole rear panel that sits over the speakers... we tried to just take out the grills but broke one of them finding out that they aren't suppose to come out.

its different for a sedan apparantly, but still easy for a coupe
