im kinda new too the video parts for the car, but i was wondering how good is the 7"lanzar and the cd/dvd/cd-r/cd-w boss players.
i got a price for both of them. as a package deal it was $450 new still in the box from a shop. and comments would be helpful. i dont want to get screwed in this.

 

lanzar makes decent subs and amps...
ive never seen their lcd monitors...so i dont know..

is that the indash 7lcd? or just the monitor by itself?

imo 450 is pretty good...
any specs on the boss player as well??

 

the monitor is just a freestanding unit, and it had a decent image on it ,but the player is like a double din unit, but plays cd/dvd/cd-r/cd-w

 

hMmm...i havent yet to see an indash double din dvd player...

i assume its not the indash rite??

 

no its not, damn, the monitor sits on a stand and the dvd is able to be put in a closed area

 

then 450 isnt such a great deal..
ive seen players go as low as 130...
im sure u can get a 7inch for less than 300...

check ebay you can get a dvdplayer, 2 screen, and a fm modulator for that much. the pyle dvdplayers play almost every format. vcd/svcd owns for music videos
