Default Problem: weird on and off

The problem i'm having is in the morning i turn on my car and when i go to turn up the music and bass gets loud it seems like my CD skips but its not the CD cause i've tried others and the whole stereo seems to like turn off, like a quick flash and i'm wondering what could be causing it maybe super cold weather.(0 degrees) but after a while of running my car i can turn it up and stuff and sounds normal so IDK. please Help.

what type of deck is it? and do u have subs? it might be because your bumpin it so much its rattling the deck around....ive had the prob. before, or it might have protection on it and when u crank it, its not giving enough power so it starts to drain and skip

try this first;

remove the radio from the dash kit and hold it out from the dash in your hands. turn the volume up until it skips. if it does not skip then you will need to reinforce the radio to the kit using a backstrap or possibly replacing the dash kit with a new one or a better quality kit.

hope this helps, if not reply back to the forum and I will continue to help.
