pioneer's tv is made by panasonic (from what i've heard). Pioneers new speakers are loud (but not clean). Alpine is a great overall clean company,but very pricey. I would never go with one brand of anything. Certain companies are better at certain things....eg. Eclipse makes head units for clarity, but I would never buy an Eclipse speaker, because that is not what they are pouring their resources into. Infinity makes great speakers, but I would never buy an Infinity amp....it's just not what they are good at.

 

pioneer, alpine is better, but pioneer is by far the best bang for your buck

 

I like my pioneer DEH-P6400 HU. chicks dig the dolphins, and it cost $300 w/ tax from Best Buy

 

And it all depends on what you are trying to go for. If you want flashy then go with something with lots of colors swimming dolphins..if you want best sound quality go with Eclipse head units. They are by far the best sounding units out there. To me ALpine makes everything seem real brassy sounding. And that can be said because of the settings on the unit or crossovers or amplifiers but..........if you even ran everything flat you can definately tell a difference in SQ. But its all personal prefrence. As for your Eclipse 88120 subs in the rear....excellent choice. A Memphis 1000d amplifier is perfect for them. Ecliipse now has a sub amplifier that is one bad ass amp. The only thing abut Eclipse is its expensive but you get the quality you pay for. Plus if you get it installed by an authorized dealer it comes with a 3 year warranty and 1 year theft warranty. Just something to think about.
