Default Help with 94 Accord FD speaker install

Does anyone know what needs to be taken off, to change the front speakers on a 94 Accord. I'm not sure to take the speaker mesh off or if the whole door paneling. Thanks for your help!

the speaker mesh comes off by prying the edge off with something flat.

then 4 screws to take it off...

you shouldnt have to take the whole door panel off.

only on the 2 door does the grille pop off... and its not enough to get at the speaker. The 4 door grille is screwed on from behind, so dont try to pry it off...

The door panels have to come off to change the speakers.

Thanks sumaccordGuy. That is what I thought. I tried prying the speaker grills off, but nothing. It seemed like it was breaking so I tried to take the paneling off and it seemed that was the way to do it. Now I know for sure. Thanks again for your advice, u saved me from replacing my grills or even whole door panel for that matter.
