Default Stock radio install quesitons - '91 Integra

Hey guys,
My girlfriends cd player got stolen out of her car. I'm trying to install her original stock stereo. I have a new wiring harness, but the colors don't match up. Other than the speaker wires (which I can figure out with trial and errror) I have 4 main wires. Black, Red, Yellow, and Orange/White. Black is ground so thats easy, and I hooked up the other three wires correctly, or so I thought. When I'd turn the radio on, the dome light wouldn't work anymore. So I tried to turn the dome light manually to the ON position and that turned the dashboard clock off, the radio off and made the trunk open indicator light come on. I re-wired those 3 main wires in every different combination and nothing worked. Any ideas? Is there something messed up elsewhere?
Thanks for any help
Tim

Default The aftermarket deck was ripped out (literally), and....

what was left was the wires just sticking out. I'm not sure if they are the original wiring harness, or a harness for the stolen aftermarket deck. The wires look pretty old so I'm assuming they're the original.

I wired the new harness to the old one. The radio seemed to work fine. But then I noticed the dome light wasn't working when I opened the door. So I slid the dome light switch to "ON" instead of "ON WITH DOOR" and the radio and clock turned off. The trunk open light turned on too. This makes no sense to me. I'm gonna give it another try and make sure everything is hooked up correctly.

If you guys have any more ideas, let me know.
Thanks
Tim
