Default Need Help ASAP. lock myself out

the remote control for my alarm stop working right now and it wont do anything at all.
I have a clifford matrix rs3 for 4 yrs. Now the reallll bad part is I cant open any of the door at all. when I turn the key to open the door instead of unlocking it wants to lock. so basically I cant get inside my own car lol and I have to move the car or it will get towed + ticket tomorrow morning.

any help is welcome thanks

yup did both but nothing work. I just got the remote to vibrate but cant get it to beep. when I press any button n the remote it say no signal even standing next to the car. I am messing with the programming mode to see what else I can get working but so far it wont send or receive any signal. all I need is to send the signal I dont care about receiving it.

meanwhile thieves are able to open his door.
I remember one night he slept with his eyes open cause someone tried stealing his car.

I see how effective this alarm is. Even from its rightful owner.
Did you get it open?I have a slim jim in my garage. If you know how to use it ill drop it off.
