I've never heard one that sounded good, but they sure seem to be popular. I'd get a BassLink.

I dont really like entertaining people outside of my car.
The solo baric sounds good and is loud. Only problem i have is its weight.
I bought a 10 bazooka DVC tube 500watt rms so hopefully this will sound good too.
now that im depending more and more on my trunk im starting to realize how difficult having such a huge box is. = (
Basically I can only fit my golf clubs. Cant even shove another set in there.

its an L5

believe it or not, I just installed the tube this weekend.
I bought the bazooka 10' one with Dual Voice coils ( DVC ) and it sounds great.
I doesnt rattle your teeth with the bass as my kicker does but, im not driving around to entertain everyone outside my car with music.
This tube is much lighter and has freed up so much trunk room.

Anyone wanna buy a 12" kicker L5 in a vented enclosure?????????

yeah the tubes are self powered. i would say get them if you just want to smooth out your current setup but i'd suggest the infinity basslink over the bazooka tubes. if your looking for more than i wouldn't bother with either one.

if you want a sq sub i would suggest an alpine type r or an infinity perfect in a sealed box.

what price range are you looking at? what amp are you gonna be used?
