Default Securing Sub box in trunk

What's the best way to secure my sub box in my trunk, btw I have a hatch. I tried bolting it to the seat but it busted off in a couple of days, I need something pretty heavy duty cause my box is heavy.

TIA

Try getting some mat grip stuff. I use that so it doesn't slide around and it works well.

You want to secure it for what reason? Keep it from moving around? Or for security reasons?

Have you considered velcro, L-Brackets, strap ties?

I've been installing some systems on the side, and i've been using a pretty simple technique for people who want them secured in. just get some L-brackets, screw them into the box, then stick some plywood under the carpetting and screw it in there. screwing into the carpet alone never really holds up well.

I want it secured because it keeps sliding around. So I'm guessing the way most people do it is to put plywood underneath and L bracket it. I'll try that, thanks
