When I try to place any cd, burned or not, I get an error saying P-E 0. Ive tried placing burned discs, a new cd, a cd from '95 and one from '86. All 4 said the same thing. My car did not come with a manual, and I have not had the time to purchase one yet, so I cannot look up the error.

^Yeah, I saw that, but even cd's from stores don't work for me. I'm going to go and get a lens cleaner today.

I have a '98 Accord. It's the model with the 6 circular buttons towards the bottom.

 

you're better off replacing it, those lens cleaners simply don't work. They're just a band-aid. You can preplace you radio rather inexpensivly.

 

So yeah, the cleaner didnt work. Oh well, only 10$.

What are your guys' recommendations for stereos? *with either an aux jack or cassete or cd.

 

does your radio work? or is it just the cd player

 

Radio works fine. Presets are in tact, scans are functional. Only errors are in the CD player.
