Viper Security System
Actually a security system. I was thinking of a Viper 5000 2 way Car Alarm System $399.95 (http://www.drdetailshop.com/viper.htm) or Viper 791 XV 2 way Car Alarm/Remote Start System $159.00 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002U3QZE/ref=pd_rhf_p_1/002-9682605-2063222?n=3004521&no=%2A&s=electronics&v=glance) with all the specs here (http://www.drdetailshop.com/V791XV.htm).
SORRY for all the links. Like I said, I am looking into getting a security system. I know they are kind of expensive but I'm not about to go cheap on my car, especially if I just invested $4k. Let me know what you guys think. If anyone can break some of this info down for me, I will appreciate it. I don't know much about security systems.
Does anyone know how they are different? Which one is better? Or what some of the features mean?

It's because at a retailer, the majority of the price is installation. Those things are no walk in the park. I wouldn't take it to a dealer to have it installed, Best Buy will do it for $200 and we're certified and qualified. Plus, %99.99 of the time we've done your car before and know exactly how to do it. Especially since you have a civic, everyone out there has done a civic.
