RMS, Root Means Square...basically means how much wattage you should feed it. So when looking at amps, you look for the amp's RMS.

Max, it is a number you should not even look at.

You'll need two seperate amps to run your car speakers and the two subs.

If the amplifier is two channels then there is no way to run all of those speakers. If your amplifier is 4 channels then you technically could run everything but you would be drastically shorting the life of your amp if you run the two subs in bridged setup and the front and rear speakers on the remaining two channels. If this is your only option I recommend you run the subs parrallel (one sub on each channel) and combine the left front and rear to one channel and the right front and rear to the other remaining channel. This setup should sound pretty good but another amp will make your system a lot easier and more stable for sure. Hope this helps, if you have any other ?'s please ask.

That part is subjective. Itll work just fine...but will they be as loud as you can get them? No. The amp in the headunit is puny.
