Default G1 Legend Radio Interchangability

Hello, I have 87 Legend with a dead Bose radio. Wondering if anyone know which year of Honda/Acura radio I can swap with? THANK YOU

It would have to be bose radio for starters. 83-85 had thier own plug, then from 86-97 the plug on the back of the radio stayed the same. So it seems that you should be able to use any bose radio from 86-97 so long as its from a honda/acura. Id try to stick with a acura legend as a safe guard, but it seems that as long as its from 86-97 you should be OK.

thanks for this info. Do you know what is the different betwen model 2100 and 2200? I am wondering which model, if applicable, will be the one on my 87 Legend Bose.
