Default Need Help Hooking Up A System To 7th Generation Honda Accord

i would like to hook up a 2 amps(one for mid's and high's, & one for just my subwoofer) to my 2003 honda accord ex,v6, mt ,coupe factory radio. does any one know what color wires are for the speakers, remote turn on so in can tap into them. also is there a factory amp with this car and where is it located and what wires do i need to disconnect/bypass in order to hook up my amps.

i don't believe there is a factory remote turn on. just look up the audio in your manual, it should tell you what components are in it. then try finding a shop manual, and look @ your wiring harness.

I don't know the wire colors for the speakers in your car, but for the remote turn on, you can use just about any switched power source. For cars that still have a stock radio, I usually tap into the windshield wiper fuse.

doesn't label an power antenna wire but if you do have one you can test to see if you do if not when i go to work i can check it out.

I cant really answer that but u should get an aftermarket HU even a cheap one would help you get a better quality signal to ur amps. Unless ur just going for "AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE"
