hu not working

umm don't touch them together, your grounding out the wires and poping fuses and if your unlucky your hitting a hot wire to one of your speaker leads. if you have a chance use a volt meter or test light and test to see if you have a good ground and good switch and constant power. go to installdr.com and double check your wiring just in case.

my wiring is all correct.. the cd eject motor was the only thing working on the radio.. i took off the faceplate and popped it back on and the eject motor stopped working too.. HELP!?

hmmm what hu do you have? you could also take it to best buy and have them do a bench test, if they're cool they'll do it for free it should take them a few seconds to hook it up. if you have a reset button i would try that also for some reason you might not be getting enough voltage thru your switch or constant power or a bad ground. if not than i would suggest the head unit has a bad cap inside.
