Default Audio Setup Question

Hey guys I got a 97 4 door Accord and have the following audio equipment getting installed (when i get the money):

Alpine DVA-9860 DVD
Gathers In-Dash Screen
Eclipse 8362 Components - Front
Eclipse 8122 12" DVC - x2 Subs
Eclipse 6213 - 2 Channel 1000watt Amp (for subs)
Eclipse 33230 - 2 channel 130watt Amp (for speakers)

Any ideas on what kinda wiring grade i need for this install and how much of it? Also anyone in the DC area know of a reputable shop that will install this setup for a decent price? I got quoted $1300 from Excessive Audio in Rockville because i also needed them to build a custom box for the subs as well. Any suggestions would be helpful.

If you're getting it installed for you, they'll use the correct stuff, but if you decide to do it yourself 4 gauge would be fine. The length depends on the length of your car and where the amps are going.

Nice gear BTW.

Oh, and as far as patch cables go, the sky is the limit. (cost wise)
I suggest getting just the right length you need because that stuff gets pricey. Especially the RCA's.

i use the ixos for my rca's and i think they are worth the cost of them. the high end monster cables are good, the jl's are good the rockfords are so so.

for your power i would go with 2awg so you have overhead if you are pushing over 1000w since you'll be running a distro for the amps. running 4awg to your 6213 and 8 awg for your 3323.

if you give the rms of each of the amps it would be easier to figure out what size wire you'll need.
