i cant get my remote start to work on my 96 prelude. it has a manual transmission. I can use the remote start when my foot is on the clutch pedal but not when im outside the car. Can anyone help me bypass this? thanks.
yea, the car is in neutral, it just wont start. the dashboard will turn on and everything but the car wont start because i need to bypass the clutch some way.
well thats the thing, my car when its grounded, it sends 4 volts from the clutch to the ignition. The car alarm only reads 12 volts, so the alarm doesnt recognize the signal the clutch is sending. So if my car is only pushing 4 volts then the alarm wont see it.
