Default thoughts on kenwood headunit

anyone here with a kenwood headunit?? i've been looking online, and i like the looks of the kenwood, esp the KDC-MP728... the pix is below... any thoughts on it?? my budget is abt $200... thanks! kenwood

I have a Kenwood HU that is kind of annoying, but the one you're talking about looks a lot better. Mine sounds great but all the controls are little buttons, no dials. You have to scroll through the functions (CD, radio, TV, off) instead of just selecting one. When you go through the radio function the antenna starts going up, and then goes back down when you switch away.

Don't be fooled by that 200W rating, btw. Peak output is 50w x4, 22w rms.

I'll sell you mine for way cheaper than that, although your eBay one is nicer. Mine has a remote and pumps great sound.
