Default 2000 integra head unit install

hey,
my cd player was acting up so i just decided to get an aftermarket one. it seems like the cubby hole shelf thing under the cd player is connected to the cd player with a couple screws on either side and the cd player is connected to a bracket in the back with 2 more screws. would it come right out if i unscrew the two in the back? anyone have any advice on an easy way to take out the factory cd player and put in the aftermarket one?

thanks

I just installed a new radio and speakers. I got them through Crutchfield and they provided instructions that were really good.
