Alpine TYPE X SUBWOOFERS
hey guys
i am thinking of getting an Alpine TYPE X SUBWOOFERS.
the specs are below...but has anyone heard of this sub or have it...i can have some feedback from. and i also want to know which amp would really make the type x go wild. my budget is 500 for amp/sub/box... it is possible ?

Make your own enclosure. Or find a local shop that makes custom enclosures. With the weight of an enclosure, I doubt any website purchase would be worth it.

The subs are great but just make sure you understand what they are being used for. (Notice the frequency response above)

sooo confused "should i get type x or type r subs" gah!!
i can afford 2 type X subs(ty ebay $410) i just need to figure out what amp to get for them. Thinking about the alpine amp that puts out 1000watts
i dont got 700 to spend right now
