I have a JBL TLX PS10 10" sub an on the back it has "Phase Power" that goes from 0 to 180 degrees. When I change it nothing happens. What is this for?

If for getting it blend with the main speakers. Sometimes if there is cancellation it will help but the only range you should hear any difference is right near the crossover freq. If there is a gap you may not be able to tell a difference.
