i am having trouble listening to my ipod through the alpine ipod interface. i have a cda-9826. when i connect the ipod to the headunit it recognizes the ipod and all of my playlists and everything, but i cant get any sound. the only time i can hear the music is when i turn the volume all the way up. but even then it is very distant and fuzzy. does anyone know what the problem could be or where i could get some answers. i already looked on the alpine site and didnt find a whole lot.

is the volume on the ipod up at least half way?

 

ive tried it with the volume all the way up and half way and all the way down. and still get nothing

 

got it to work!!! there was a switch underneath the hu that needed to be changed from eq/div to norm. it works fine and sounds awesome!!!!
