Polk DB650 compatibility with window of 96 97 98 99 00 Civic?

Polk DB650 compatibility with window of 96 97 98 99 00 Civic?
I can't seem to find the exact info I need.
I really like the way the Polk DB650 6.5" speakers sound and I want them to replace my factor front door speakers.
I know that I will have to cut the plastic cross piece in the back of the speaker magnet on the door. Will I still be able to roll down my winodws all the way, and/or will I need a spacer for the speaker rim?
Will the stock grills still fit with this speaker mounted AND still be able to roll down the windows?
