Default Same problem here.....Radio code

1999 Acura 1.6 el.....Took the car into my local dealership here to replace the battery...no problem but as i was driving home i noticed i had no music or i couldnt play the cd player..they tell me its not thier fault and i could take the car back in to them to pull the radio out to get it off the back of it...but at shop rate of $86 per hour at probably 3 hours i refuse to pay that for a simple car code...anybody out there have it ?...call collect at 780-478-6362 anytime...thank you...David..or email if you prefer

Only the only way is through the dealership's database. Sorry you had to find asses at that dealership. Maybe you can search around for another and not get charged. Or you can pull the unit out yourself and get the codes they need. Good luck.
