Default 98 Civic DX front speaker swap

New to these here parts! Want to swap out the front speakers on my GF's civic. Just need to confirm size as Ive seen 5.25 and 6.5" being used.

Which one is it for a painless instalation?!

if you're gonna use a spacer you might as well go w/the 6 1/2" b/c it will be just as painless

6 1/2 is the stock size, but why couldn't you just pop the cover off and look at them?

U might need a harness for the speakers it's alot easier you can get them at your local Best Buy.

Just plug in and your good.
