Default Problem with RF 500s AMP

well my car was broken into and I just installed the replacement cd player that was stolen and now I can't get my amp (rockford fosgate 500s) thats hooked up to my sub-woofer to work. I actually don't know specifically if the amp is not working but the LED on it is not lighting up and the sub and cd player are definitely working so I can only assume that the amp is the problem. Do amps have fuses that can be blown or other things that could likely be causing this? And the amp is definitely recieving power so that is not the problem.

How do you know the amp has power? Take a digital multimeter and test the voltage getting to the amp through the power wire, and test the remote wire to make sure that is hooked up correctly. Also make sure you have a solid ground, no paint or anything inbetween the metal.
