Default Adding/coverting turning blinkers on 96' accord

I want to make my parking lights into turn signals too. Now the thing is I want to have them constantly on when I have my parking lights on as well as having them blink with the turn signals. I read somewhere that all I have to do is to cut the (-) or ground wire for the parking light harness and tap it into the (+) for the turn signal. When I do, this will keep the parking light on constantly and blink when I use the turn signal. Can somewhere tell me if this is the correct way to connect the wires? Thanks?

you're talking about the front corner lights I take it, correct?

You are right... (-) of parking light to (+) of turn signal.
