Default Accord replacement radio - can I still use steering wheel controls?

Hello,

I have a 1999 Honda accord. It has the factory CD changer. I want to change the radio to one that plays MP3's... and still keep a factory look as much as possible. Is there a way to change the player and still be able to use the steering wheel controls for volume, etc.?

Thanks!

You would have to purchase a device called PAC SWI-X--- something to that nature.
You can get one off ebay or crutchfield. They run about 50 bucks.

Pain in the ass to install. Took me like 2 hours. Now that I have it installed i barely use it so I guess they made their money from me.
