I'm not sure I quite get what you're asking but I'll try. You should be able to just match the wires up and crimp connect them (though soldering seems to be the better way to go). You can get connectors at lots of places, auto parts stores, walmart, radio shack. Just get some connectors and a crimp tool like this and you should be good.

there are a lot of different ways you can connect them. the best way is to solder then add some heat strink tubing over it.
and there are all sorts of connectors you can use. just make sure you get them really connected. go to your local car parts store and they should have a whole shelf full of them. and with some connecters you will need a crimp tool like strychnine suggested.

these are butt connectors.
its basically a tube with a metal middle covered in plastic. what you do is strip off some of the insulation from the aftermarket wires and the harness wire, then stick them both into the tube. hold it steady, then lay down a couple good crimps in the metal. then tug on the wires to make sure they are good. you might want to practice on some spare wiring first.
you should end up with something like this...

www.installdr.com - do some research there - it should cover just about every headunit install question there is.
And remember, step one is to disconnect the friggen battery!!!
