Default Need help on Stereo removal

Does anyone know any other way to take a screw off of the panel
on a 02 accord? I got two screws off, which is one that is behind the clock and the other on the bottom right. The one on the bottom left just keeps on spinning, but won't come out. I'm thinking that the screw does that because the plastic that holds the screw are spinning also. Does anyone know how to take this out? I'm trying to put an aftermarket stereo in.

first try needle-nose pliers, turn and pull on the screw, its possible that part of the screw is stripped, pulling on it while turning it will allow the threads to grip...

if it wont come right out you can drill the head off the screw and when the panel is off you can remove the rest of the screw and figure out why its spinning.
