agreed way overpriced.

I do my own installs. I know what I'm doing, so that won't be an issue. The issue is picking a day to rip half the car apart.

The only other thing I would do is run the midbasses in the doors and run the components in kickpanels.

JL amps are nice, but they don't do that much for me from a power rating stand point. They don't integrate well into the kinds of systems I like to design.

And before anyone gets overly excited about JL's RIPS technology, take a look at the impedance curve of any woofer in a box or even your component set...

That's what I wanna do, but the 240SX has no kicks. I don't know how to mold fiberglass and I don't know of any kicks that can be bought for that car.

I would recomment Audiobahn to you. They make a nice 75 X 4 watt amp

easily found on their web site www.audiobahn.com

- Phoenix Gold - never used but from what i seen looks pretty good
- Eclipse - price is high, what you get for your money. isnt worth it, good stuff tho.
- Memphis - never heard
- Mmats - whats that
- Kove - i'll pass on that
- Alpine - I use them, small and they push,
- Kenwood - over rated and under powered, not worth looking at.
